Terms of Sale – Trading Mastery

1. Scope

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on the Trading Mastery online store (the “Store”), operated by Brice Poungoue – Entrepreneur individuel (SIREN 105383632), Paris - France.
By placing an order on the Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale and our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Products

Trading Mastery sells digital products only, such as ebooks and trading education materials (including the Candlestick Trading Bible). No physical products are shipped.
Product descriptions, previews and screenshots are provided for information only and may differ slightly from the final digital files.

3. Prices and currency

All prices are shown in the currency indicated on the Store at the time of purchase.
Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice, but the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at checkout when you place your order.
Unless otherwise stated, prices are shown excluding any applicable taxes that may be added at checkout according to your location.

4. Orders and payment

To place an order, you must:

  • select the product(s) you wish to purchase

  • provide accurate billing and contact information

  • confirm your order and pay using one of the payment methods offered on the Store.

Your order is only considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

Trading Mastery reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of payment issues, suspected fraud, misuse, or any other legitimate reason.

5. Digital delivery

Our products are delivered digitally:

  • After payment, you will receive access to your ebook or digital product via download link and/or email.

  • Delivery is generally immediate, but can take a few minutes depending on technical conditions and email delivery.

If you do not receive your access email within 30 minutes, check your spam/junk folder and then contact us at contact@cryptomasterypro.pro with your order number.

You are responsible for:

  • providing a valid email address

  • downloading and saving your files to a secure location.

6. No sharing or resale

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the digital product for your own learning.
You may not:

  • share, resell, redistribute, upload or make the files available to others

  • include the content in your own products, courses or publications without prior written permission.

Any unauthorized redistribution may result in suspension of access without refund and possible legal action.

7. Refunds and withdrawal

Because our products are digital and accessible immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • once the download or access has started, your legal right of withdrawal (where applicable) may be considered waived;

  • refunds are only granted in accordance with our Refund Policy available at: /policies/refund-policy.

If you experience a technical issue (for example, corrupted file, download problem), contact us at contact@cryptomasterypro.pro and we will assist you with replacement access.

8. Trading risk disclaimer

The content of our ebooks and digital products is for educational purposes only.
Trading financial instruments (including forex, indices, crypto and metals) involves risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Trading Mastery does not provide personalized investment advice and cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred as a result of using the information in our products. You remain solely responsible for your own trading decisions and risk management.
