Refund policy

We want you to feel confident when you invest in your trading education. Because this is a digital product (ebook), access is delivered instantly after purchase and nothing is physically shipped.

30‑day refund window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund if you are not satisfied with the ebook.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your purchase must be for the “Candlestick Trading Bible” or related digital content.

  • You must provide the email and order number used at checkout.

  • We may ask a few questions about your experience so we can improve the product.

Digital product nature (no physical returns)

Because this is a downloadable digital product, there is no physical return of items, no shipping back to an address, and no requirement for original packaging or tags.
Access to the files may be revoked after a refund is issued.

Damages, access issues and wrong files

If you have any problem with your order (download link not working, file corrupted, wrong file, or you did not receive access):

  • We will resend the files, fix access issues, or correct any error on our side.

Exceptions / non‑refundable cases

We may refuse or limit refunds in cases of:

  • Obvious abuse of the refund policy (multiple refunds from the same customer, repeated downloads then refund, etc.).

  • Chargeback fraud or violation of our terms of use.

Please email us if you are unsure about your situation before purchasing.

European Union 14‑day cooling‑off period

If you are located in the European Union, you usually have a 14‑day right of withdrawal for online purchases.
However, for digital content that is delivered immediately, this right may not apply once you have started downloading/accessing the product, if you agreed to immediate access at checkout.

We will respect applicable EU consumer laws, but by completing the purchase and accessing the files, you acknowledge that this digital content is delivered instantly and that withdrawal rights may be limited.

Refund timing

If your refund is approved:

  • We’ll process it to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at cryptomastery.pro@gmail.com with your order details.
